Registration and Certification
- Registration Process: To certify or register your SKS appliances, you must visit the official SKS product registration site, enter the purchase date, location, serial number, and model number.
- App Integration: Registration requires downloading the LG ThinQ app to manage appliances, with instructions to scan the QR code on the unit.
- Re-registration: To re-register or add a new user, press and hold the Wi-Fi button for 3 seconds, then follow the instructions in the ThinQ app.
Recertification and Software Updates
- ThinQ UP: SKS offers "ThinQ UP" appliances, which allow for software updates and upgrades to new features through the ThinQ app without needing new hardware.
- Maintenance: Built-in ovens feature Smart Diagnosis and program update options to keep functionality current.
